Hypnotherapy has been shown to be effective for a wide range of issues and very often it is chosen because people want quick, lasting results.  Part of being a good therapist is knowing what can not be worked with and I pride myself in running an evidenced based practice.  This means that if there is no clinical evidence that hypnotherapy can work with an issue I will not pretend it can.
